We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by contacting our support team.

After this 14-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable, except in cases where:

• The Service was unavailable for a significant period due to technical issues on our side
• We have materially changed these Terms to your detriment
• Refunds are required by law

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall our company be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data, or profits arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the Service.
